U13 Girls - Tier 3A League Champions!
U13 Girls Turner had a great season, starting with warm up matches in Germany in August. They transitioned well from 7 a-side at U12 to full pitch 11 a-side matches.
In Tier 3A League North they won seven matches and drew one, scoring 43 goals and conceding 10. They comfortably won the league and headed to Finals at Lee Valley Hockey Centre with winners of the parallel South, East and West leagues.
In their semi-final, they were 0-2 down at half time but managed to equalise and take the game to penalties. HWHC were victorious and secured a place in the final where they dominated and enjoyed a 6-0 victory.
Well done to all of the girls for their determination this season, alongside club and parent coaches and their Team Manager who supported them every step of the way.
