FORMAL NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF HWHC LTD / HAMPSTEAD & WESTMINSTER HOCKEY CLUB ('THE CLUB')

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Club will be held at 7.30pm at The Carlton, 33 Carlton Vale, London NW6 5EU, on Thursday 10th July 2025.

Please do let Oz Rankin (Message Osman Rankin ) know if you intend to attend so that we can gauge expected numbers.

Business to be conducted at the meeting will include:

• Receiving reports from the Club Chairman, Club Treasurer, Club Captains and the Head of Youth Development.
• Review of the financial position of the club and adoption of 2024/2025 financial accounts.
• Ratification of trustee appointment of Jo Edmondson and Earl Griffith following their appointment to the Board on 1 February 2025.

All members of the club are entitled to attend the meeting.

Members who are unable to attend may be represented by proxy. Proxies should be received before noon on Wednesday 2nd July 2025 and may be sent by e-mail to the Club Chairman at Message Osman Rankin. A form of proxy is set out below.
