Playing for the Ladies 7s is all about enjoying hockey in a fun, social, and supportive environment. Our squad brings together players with a wide mix of experience – from those returning to the game to others who’ve played competitively at school, university, and beyond. It’s the perfect team for those looking to develop their game, enjoy competitive matches, and be part of a relaxed and welcoming group. Off the pitch, we’re just as sociable, with plenty of opportunities to connect and celebrate together. Since forming, the 7s have gone from strength to strength – winning promotion in our second season and finishing in the top five in 2024/25. Along the way, some of our players have even picked up The Golden Stick award for top goal scorers – not just at HWHC, but across London.
