Three Junior teams hit The Hague for Bank Holiday weekend
The U14 Boys, U16 Boys and U16 Girls hopped on the Eurostar to Rotterdam for a three day pre-season tour.
After a beach trip when they arrived on Friday evening, they headed to Klein Zwitserland on Saturday morning for their first matches. It was a strong start for all teams with a 3-2 win for the U14 Boys and U16 Girls, and a 3-1 win for the U16 Boys.
After lunch with their hosts, the teams travelled to Wateringse Veld for afternoon games. The U14 Boys had another good result, winning 4-3. The U16 Girls had a close game, losing 5-6. The U16 Boys enjoyed their second win of the day. Shoutout to Sahil (U16) and Hayden (U14) for both scoring hat tricks on Saturday afternoon!
An early start on Sunday saw the U16 Boys head to Cartouche. Feeling rather fatigued, they played well but came away 0-4 down. The U14 Boys and U16 Girls headed to HDM where the U14s had a close 1-2 loss and the U16s, 1-3.
A very tired crew made it back to London on Sunday evening! Massive thanks to coaches - James, Mikey, Saar & Iona - and all 15 parent chaperones who kept everyone safe, happy and captured all of the great memories.
